We had planned on going but couldn't commit to purchasing tickets too far in advance. I believe that many people don't know about it. I know lots of people and never heard this mentioned once. I could have spread the word easily but didn't have enough information. Also, not sure what the time of the DC event was but if it was in the late evening, that wouldn't work for most families with young children. Hope you will reconsider coming back to DC soon!
